This vibrant restaurant specializes in classic Indian street snacks and traditional breads, serving a spectrum of flavors that effortlessly transport you to the lively alleys of Chatori Gali in Delhi.

Step inside Shop no 10 at the Al Shamma Building, and you’ll be greeted by the warm aroma of fresh tandoor-baked breads and sizzling spices. The menu is a treasure trove for bread lovers, featuring a range of perfectly crafted Rotian like Butter Kulcha, Garlic Naan, and the delightfully soft and thin Roomali Roti. Each piece is a celebration of texture and flavor, whether it’s the buttery richness coating a fluffy Butter Naan or the wholesome, slightly nutty bite of Makke Ki Roti, made from cornmeal.

For those seeking a fulfilling meal, the Shahi Thali is a royal affair that combines creamy paneer, hearty dal makhani, fresh vegetable sabzi, fluffy jeera rice, and choice breads served alongside cooling raita and a luscious rasmalai dessert. Alternatively, the Smart Thali offers a well-balanced and economical option with the subzi of the day, yellow dal, rice, and sweet gulab jamun to round off the experience. Each thali is thoughtfully curated to provide a harmonious mix of textures and traditional tastes, ensuring every bite is compelling and satisfying.

What truly sets Chatori Gali apart is its celebrated sweets and snacks. The live jalebi making counter is a visual and sensory delight—golden spirals of jalebi cooked fresh to crispy, syrupy perfection right before your eyes. Customers rave about this signature dessert, describing it as warm, light, and addictive with just the right balance of sweetness. The Singhada Namkeen, a unique snack made with singhada atta and peanuts, and the crunchy Chiwda Namkeen are also crowd favorites, delivering satisfying textures and traditional Indian flavors that elevate teatime or casual snacking.

Patrons frequently commend the restaurant for its attentive service, especially highlighting team members like Amit Kumar, whose friendly and knowledgeable approach enhances the dining experience. While some reviews note pricing as slightly on the higher side compared to similar joints, the quality, freshness, and authenticity easily justify the value.

I was looking for a fresh and hygienic place in Dubai to enjoy jalebis, and after some online research, I shortlisted Chatori Gali. I visited specifically for their jalebis and it turned out to be a great choice. They have a live jalebi making counter which was a pleasant surprise. The gentleman at the counter even offered me a piece to taste and it was fresh, crispy, and delicious. My order was prepared right in front of me which made the experience even better - especially seeing everything made in a clean and hygienic setting. I will be definitely be visiting again - not just for the jalebis but to try their other food as well. If you are craving authentic freshly made jalebis in Dubai - then this place is a must try!

Absolutely love their street food chaat , bursting with authentic Delhi flavors and perfect spice balance. Every bite feels fresh and indulgent. The thin, crispy jalebi is a standout special, light, perfectly sweet, and incredibly addictive. A must-visit spot for anyone craving real Delhi-style street food!

We tried freshly made jalebi in Dubai for the first time, and it was amazing! The jalebi we’ve had in the US usually comes in a plastic box—cold, overly sweet, and nothing special. But this one was warm, crispy, and perfectly balanced. Truly the best jalebi we’ve ever tasted! Highly recommended if you want the real experience.

We went there as we heard a lot about chatori Gali. We ordered a pani puri which was not to our liking but wadapaav and jalebi was very good and tasty. But prices were a bit high if compared similar joints.

Recently been to Chatori Gali and we had a good food experience. The staff was proactive and he highlighted about the price difference as they had old menu and new one, to avoid any confusion. The food we tried were all quite delicious, suji gol gappe, samosa chaat, jalebi chaat Jammu ki poori, malai kofta, malai ghewar etc. Their chaats were super, full marks on for it. It is pricey compared to other eateries but the quality is better. Surprisingly not many people in the evening.

A good indian vegetarian restaurant in the middle of the Foodie Al karama area. They have excellent small and thin crispy Kesar Jalebis. The price is slightly higher. I have taken recently again by delivery too. The milk Cake was nice and soft. Overall a middling experience for me.

Chatori Gali in Al Karama is truly a hidden gem for anyone who craves authentic Indian street food in Dubai. I recently visited the place and was absolutely delighted with my experience, especially with their Jalebi, which I must say is the best I’ve had in Dubai so far! The jalebis are freshly prepared, served hot, and have the perfect balance of crispiness and sweetness. Each bite was rich, juicy, and full of that nostalgic flavor which immediately reminded me of the street stalls back in India. Apart from the jalebi, the overall vibe of Chatori Gali is vibrant and colorful, replicating the bustling food lanes of India. The menu offers a wide variety of classic Indian snacks, chaats, and sweets — perfect for anyone who wants to indulge in authentic flavors. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are quite generous. The staff was courteous and served the food with a warm smile, adding to the overall experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a casual dining ambiance ideal for families, friends, or even solo visits. If you have a sweet tooth or simply want to enjoy the authentic taste of Indian desserts, I highly recommend trying their jalebi — it’s a must-have! I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu and relive those classic Indian street food moments right here in Dubai.
